Cold Plunge Timer & Log lets you track cold plunge and ice bath sessions, including details such as duration, water temperature, dates, notes, progress, and streaks. This app data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your cold plunge session data.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, health data, or cold plunge logs through the app.
If you contact support at support@coldplungetimerapp.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your support request. Please do not send sensitive health information by support email.
This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page views, and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Local app data can be deleted through in-app controls where available or by deleting the app from your device.
